Braunschweig, Germany (dpa) - More than a decade after the deliberate crash of a Germanwings flight that killed all 150 people on board, a German court is set to hear a lawsuit seeking compensation from the state. Oral proceedings are due to begin on August 28 at the regional court in Braunschweig, the court said on Wednesday. Thirty plaintiffs are seeking damages of up to ?110,000 ($125,000) each.
