WINDHOEK, 29 JUL (NAMPA) – Vendors operating at Chinatown in the northern industrial area have welcomed the City of Windhoek’s decision to allow them to continue trading, subject to a set of conditions.
The municipality’s decision follows a meeting held last Friday between Windhoek Mayor Sakarias Uunona, Chief Executive Officer Moses Matyayi and representatives of the vendors, after members of the City Police evicted the traders from their hawkin...
