MOSCOW, July 28 (RIA Novosti) - The French authorities have lifted custody of a suspect in a recent stabbing attack in Paris due to the man's mental disorder and transferred him to a psychiatric facility, Le Figaro newspaper reported on Tuesday, citing the Paris Prosecutor's office.
