MINSK, July 1 (RIA Novosti) - Belarus has proposed a visa-free travel regime and direct air routes to Indonesia, while Jakarta plans to open a diplomatic mission in Minsk, Belarusian Foreign Minister Maxim Ryzhenkov said.
