MOSCOW, July 1 (RIA Novosti) - The combined wealth of Russia's richest entrepreneurs has fallen by $1.932 billion since the start of the year, according to RIA Novosti calculations based on Bloomberg Billionaires Index data published on Wednesday. The index is calculated based on the value of shares in companies owned by billionaires. For some companies, calculations are based on their market capitalization-to-EBITDA ratio or price-to-earnings......
