Ukraine on Tuesday signed a contract with Sweden for 16 Gripen E fighter jets, aircraft manufacturer Saab said, valuing the deal at 24.6 billion kronor ($2.53 billion). "Together with Sweden, we continue strengthening Ukraine's combat aviation," Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a separate statement on Facebook.
