MOSCOW, June 30 (RIA Novosti) - Russia will raise the deadly Ukrainian strike on the town of Yegoryevsk near Moscow at a meeting of the Permanent Council of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) on Thursday, Russian OSCE envoy Dmitry Polyanskiy said on Tuesday.
