OTJIWARONGO, 30 JUN (NAMPA) – Otjozondjupa Governor, John ||Khamuseb, on Monday warned public servants against the misuse of government resources, saying the wastage of water and electricity including poor maintenance are placing an unnecessary financial burden on the State.
