MOSCOW, June 26 (RIA Novosti) - The recent withdrawals of countries from the Ottawa Convention on anti-personnel mines are "deeply concerning," UN Director of the United Nations Human Rights Office Peggy Hicks said on Friday. "These developments are deeply concerning.
