WASHINGTON, June 24 (RIA Novosti) - The United States has removed seven Russian citizens from its sanctions list, including the son of Vladimir Potanin, one of Norilsk Nickel's main shareholders, as well as representatives of Russia's financial sector, the US Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) said on Tuesday.
