A train driver killed in a collision between two trains near London passed a red danger signal and braked only seconds before the crash, British rail investigators said Wednesday. A London-bound train crashed into another that was stationary on the same track on Friday, wounding over 100 people, with 53 people still in hospital, eight still in a critical condition.
