MARIENTAL, 21 JUN (NAMPA) – Hardap Governor, Riaan McNab, on Saturday called on artists and musicians to remain committed to their dreams despite challenges, saying the creative arts play a vital role in education, social development, economic growth and nation-building.
McNab made the remarks during World Music Day celebrations held in Mariental under the theme, 'Creative Competence Along the Trans-Kalahari Corridor'.
