SIKONDO, 20 JUN NAMPA - Halapembe Investments CC on Friday recorded its first potato harvest at the Sikondo Green Scheme in the Kavango West Region.
The harvest marks a milestone for the small-scale farming enterprise, which is supported under the Namibia Agronomic Board's (NAB) Potato Value Chain Development Scheme (PVDS).
The potatoes were planted in March 2026, with a significant portion of the crop ready for harvesting by June.
