About 60% of Moldovans Oppose NATO Membership – Poll

CHISINAU, June 17 (RIA Novosti) - Around 60% of Moldova's residents oppose the republic's accession to NATO, according to a poll conducted by the Moldovan Institute of Sociological Research IMAS published on Wednesday. Respondents were asked whether they supported Moldova's accession to NATO. Support for joining the alliance was expressed by 25% of respondents (22% in December 2025)​​​.
