Netherlands Faces Rapid Rise in Power Shortages From 2030 - Operator

MOSCOW, June 10 (RIA Novosti) - The Netherlands faces a risk of electricity shortages from 2030 onward, with outages potentially exceeding the four-hour threshold, the Dutch grid operator TenneT said on Wednesday. "The Dutch security of supply norm of an average maximum of four hours of shortage per year will be exceeded starting in 2030. After 2030, the expected shortages will increase rapidly, with LOLE [loss-of-load expectation] values rising......
