Gabon's jailed former prime minister and main opposition figure has taken his case to the African Commission on Human and Peoples' Rights, one of his lawyers said Friday. Alain-Claude Bilie-By-Nze, a vocal government critic and head of the Together for Gabon party, was arrested last month over alleged abuse of trust and fraud dating back to 2008.
