OSHAKATI, 22 MAY (NAMPA) - Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Minister, Emma Theofelus, has clarified that the government is not preventing Namibian youth from monetising content on social media platforms such as TikTok and YouTube, but that the delay lies with the platforms themselves.
