Frankfurt (dpa) - Germany's Lufthansa Group intends to acquire a majority stake in the formerly state-owned Italian airline ITA Airways as soon as possible, chief executive Carsten Spohr announced at the company's annual general meeting in Frankfurt on Tuesday.
