WASHINGTON, April 28 (RIA Novosti) - US Special Envoy John Coale said on Tuesday that he will visit Belarus again in May to facilitate a new prisoner release. Earlier in the day, five people convicted of espionage in Belarus and Russia were swapped for five people detained in EU and other countries, BelTA reported.
