YEREVAN, April 21 (RIA Novosti) - Ruben Vardanyan, the detained former leader of Karabakh Armenians, said on Tuesday that he had written a letter to Armenian Human Rights Defender Anahit Manasyan, urging her to visit Armenian prisoners in Baku. Vardanyan, who is serving a 20-year sentence in an Azeri jail, said that he had recently met with Azerbaijani Ombudsman Sabina Aliyeva to raise concerns about their detention conditions, including everyday......
