Polish Gov't Communicating With US on Bended Knees - Parliament Speaker

MOSCOW, April 21 (RIA Novosti) - The Polish government is unable to negotiate with the United States on equal terms and is conducting dialogue with Washington on its knees, Polish parliament speaker Wlodzimierz Czarzasty said on Tuesday.
