Frankfurt Airport set to hit passenger target despite Iran disruption

Frankfurt (dpa) - The operator of Germany's largest airport in Frankfurt expects passenger numbers to stay on target in 2026 despite disruption linked to the war in Iran. "We continue to expect to reach our annual target of 65 to 66 million passengers, around 4% more than in 2025," said Fraport chief executive Stefan Schulte in an interview with the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung on Tuesday.
