No Emergency Situations at NPPs in Japan Due to Earthquake, Tsunami - Cabinet

TOKYO, April 20 (RIA Novosti) - There were no emergency situations at nuclear power plants and nuclear facilities in Japan due to the powerful earthquake and tsunami, Japanese Chief Cabinet Secretary Minoru Kihara said on Monday. "We have not received reports that there have been any emergencies at nuclear facilities near the epicenter due to the earthquake or tsunami," Kihara told reporters....
