EU Council President Congratulates Ex-Bulgarian President on His Party's Election Win

MOSCOW, April 20 (RIA Novosti) - European Council President Antonio Costa on Monday congratulated former Bulgarian President Rumen Radev on his Progressive Bulgaria party's victory in the national parliamentary elections and welcomed him back to the European Council. "Congratulations to Rumen Radev on your outright victory in yesterday’s legislative elections in Bulgaria. It is a pleasure to welcome you back to the European Council," Costa wrote......
