MOSCOW, April 14 (RIA Novosti) - Spain has reopened its embassy in Tehran following the ceasefire between the United States and Iran, the Spanish diplomatic mission said. "We are returning to Tehran. The Spanish Embassy in Iran is reopening following the ceasefire.
