MOSCOW, April 11 (RIA Novosti) - Djiboutian President Ismail Omar Guelleh, who has led the eastern African nation since 1999, has been reelected for a sixth five-year term after winning 97.81% of the vote, the Djibouti state news agency ADI reported on Saturday.
