BUENOS AIRES, April 10 (RIA Novosti) - Ecuador has imposed a 100% duty on imports from Colombia since May 1, the Ecuadorian Ministry of Production, Foreign Trade and Investments said. "Due to Colombia's failure to implement concrete and effective border security measures, Ecuador must take sovereign action.
