TIRASPOL, April 10 (RIA Novosti) - Transnistria proposes that Chisinau and Tiraspol resume negotiations at the leadership level and unblock the 5+2 negotiating format, Transnistrian Foreign Minister Vitaly Ignatiev told RIA Novosti.
