MOSCOW, April 9 (RIA Novosti) - Spanish Foreign Minister Jose Manuel Albares said on Thursday that he had directed Spanish Ambassador to Tehran Antonio Sanchez-Benedito Gaspar to return to Iran and reopen the embassy to bolster peace initiatives.
