Few tears will be shed in Brussels if Viktor Orban, long a thorn in the EU's side, loses power in Hungary in a fiercely fought weekend election. But a win by his conservative challenger Peter Magyar might not bring the overhaul in relations many would like to see, European diplomats, lawmakers and analysts caution. And no matter the vote's result, if the European Union has to draw a lesson from its rocky years with the nationalist Hungarian leade......
