WINDHOEK, 08 APR (NAMPA) – President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah has announced that the feasibility study for the upgrading of the Independence Stadium in Windhoek has been approved, following two consultative meetings with facility inspectors from the Confederation of African Football (CAF).
