Afghan-Pakistani Talks in China’s Urumqi Held in ‘Constructive Atmosphere’ - Reports

MOSCOW, April 9 (RIA Novosti) - The peace talks between Afghanistan and Pakistan, which concluded in the Chinese city of Urumqi, were held in a "constructive atmosphere," the Ariana News agency reported, citing Afghan Foreign Ministry spokesman Abdul Qahar Balkhi.
