A Frenchman detained in Venezuela for more than a year returned home on Wednesday after being released, the foreign ministry and his brother said. Julien Fevrier, from the southwestern city of Toulouse, was being held on unspecified charges in the Rodeo 1 prison near the capital Caracas.
