Lawmakers in one of Bosnia's two parliamentary chambers on Wednesday moved towards approving a major energy project backed by investors close to US President Donald Trump. The project, estimated at 1.3 billion euros ($1.5 billion), was proposed by a newly-created company headed by Jesse Binnall, one of Trump's former lawyers, and Joseph Flynn, the brother of the US president's former adviser Michael Flynn.
