UNITED NATIONS, April 7 (RIA Novosti) - The Russian and Chinese vetoes on the Bahrain-drafted UN Security Council (UNSC) resolution on the Strait of Hormuz will not restrict the United States in its military operation against Iran, US Ambassador to the United Nations Mike Waltz said on Tuesday.
