Berlin (dpa) - Drug traffickers are changing tactics in response to major cocaine seizures at European ports including Hamburg, Rotterdam and Antwerp, German authorities have said. "There are fewer large seizures," Holger Münch, president of Germany's Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA), told dpa.
