OSCE monitors in Ukraine were put at "serious security risk" because of its botched evacuation of staff when Russia invaded in 2022, according to a leaked internal report. The highly critical report, seen by AFP, blasts "insufficient preparedness" and reveals that a month before the invasion the Vienna-based Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe even ordered preparatory plans destroyed "to avoid 'creating panic' in the host country"......
