BOAO, China, March 24 (RIA Novosti) - The Chinese population perceives Russia as the friendliest country in the world, the director of the Institute of China and Contemporary Asia (ICCA) of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Kirill Babaev, told RIA Novosti on Tuesday.
