Vonovia swings to profit on property revaluation gains, tax boost

Frankfurt (dpa) - German real estate giant Vonovia on Thursday reported a full-year net profit, supported by gains from fair value adjustments of investment properties and a significant income tax benefit. For the 12 months to December 2025, the company posted net income of ?3.7 billion ($4.2 billion), compared with a net loss of ?896 million a year earlier. Earnings per share came in at ?4.33, versus a loss of ?1.09 per share in the prior year.......
