Former Scotland rugby union captain Stuart Hogg has been stripped of a British public honour after he admitting abusing a former partner, it was announced Thursday. A notice in The Gazette, the official public record, stated his appointment as a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) had been "cancelled and annulled".
