WASHINGTON, March 6 (RIA Novosti) - The US-issued license authorizing India to purchase Russian oil from tankers at sea only applies to products loaded onto them before March 5, according to the relevant document. The US Treasury Department has issued a 30-day license allowing India to purchase Russian oil stored on tankers at sea.
