MOSCOW, March 4 (RIA Novosti) - Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Wednesday he had given instructions to the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations (EMERCOM) and the Foreign Ministry for the evacuation of Russian tourists from Middle Eastern countries amid escalated tensions in the region.
