MOSCOW, March 4 (RIA Novosti) - Ankara is in constant contact with NATO following the downed missile incident on Wednesday and is taking all necessary measures, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said on Wednesday. "We are taking all necessary measures in close contact with our NATO allies.
