ABU DHABI, March 1 (Xinhua) -- The United Arab Emirates (UAE) announced Sunday the closure of its embassy in Tehran, and the withdrawal of its ambassador and all members of its diplomatic mission from Iran. The UAE's foreign ministry said in a statement that the decision was made in the wake of Iranian missile attacks targeting its territory, which it said have affected civilian areas.
