OMUTHIYA, 28 FEB (NAMPA) – The Oshikoto Education Directorate’s Programme and Quality Assurance Deputy Director, Tomas Kalimbo, has warned teachers in the region that those found under the influence of alcohol or drugs during school hours will face consequences.
