MOSCOW, March 1 (RIA Novosti) - Some Ukrainian citizens, who were evacuated by Russian forces from the conflict zone, want to stay in Russia by obtaining citizenship, Russian Human Rights Commissioner Tatyana Moskalkova told RIA Novosti.
