MOSCOW, March 1 (RIA Novosti) - Restoration work on the Ferrosplavnaya back-up line at the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP) is being carried out within the framework of a local ceasefire, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) said on Sunday.
