Death toll from Brazil rains rises to 70

RIO DE JANEIRO, Feb. 28 (Xinhua) -- The death toll from heavy rains in southeastern Brazil's Minas Gerais state has risen to 70, with at least three people still missing, the Fire Department reported on Saturday. There were 64 deaths in the city of Juiz de Fora, while six were reported in the neighboring city of Uba. Both areas have been severely affected by floods and landslides since Monday.
