MOSCOW, February 28 (RIA Novosti) - Thirty-one Russian-flagged vessels are being located in the Middle East conflict zone now, the Russian Transport Ministry said. "The Russian Transport Ministry has identified 31 Russian-flagged vessels in the conflict zone.
