UNITED NATIONS, February 28 (RIA Novosti) - UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres will act as the speaker at an urgent UN Security Council meeting regarding he US-Israeli attack on Iran, an informed source told RIA Novosti. "The UN secretary-general will serve as the speaker," the source said. The meeting will take place on February 28 at 4:00 p.m. New York time (21:00 GMT).
